An overseas worker whose occupation is on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s (DIBP) combined list of eligible skilled occupations will need to demonstrate their qualifications and experience as they would also be required to do under the standard Temporary Work (Skilled) Subclass 457 visa requirements.
